Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Administrative Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, and documents from employees and clients
  • Scanning through information to identify and extract pertinent data
  • Correcting errors and organizing information for efficient data entry
  • Creating and maintaining accurate spreadsheets and databases
  • Informing relevant parties about errors encountered during data entry
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data management and administrative processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and administrative services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma

  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry or administrative tasks in a corporate setting

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Additional proficiency in other software tools beyond MS Office
  • Certification in data management or administrative services (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA), Certified Data Analyst (CDA))
