Key Responsibilities and Obligations
* Plan PC-generated maps, reports, tables, and charts for assigned regions using MapInfo as specified by local dealmakers.
- Process requests and inquiries directly from arenaflex Activities for market strategy guides and presentation materials.
- Perform a variety of project-specific tasks, including research and analysis of data as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to local dealmakers by preparing accurate and timely cost reports, editing documents, booking travel, preparing visit books, and meeting other administrative needs as specified.
- Perform general office duties, including answering incoming calls, receiving office visitors, mail handling and preparation, ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly, ensuring PCs are working accurately, recording, booking deliveries, and requesting office supplies.
Required Skills and Competencies
* General knowledge of geographic information systems.
- Knowledge of data analysis and insights presentation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
* Proficiency in MapInfo.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in GIS or two years of relevant work experience in geographic information systems.
