Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through email and phone-based tickets, tracked in our support desk system. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on our software solution. If you're a customer service trailblazer who loves learning and explaining complex systems, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch support to customers through email and phone-based tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries

  • Collaborate with our team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and provide expert guidance on our software solution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software solution, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work in an omnichannel environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in an omnichannel environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with a mindset for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk

  • Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology
  • Familiarity with our software solution and its features, functionality, and best practices
