Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in computer programs, such as CRM software and telephone systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to learn about products and services quickly, with a strong desire to continuously improve your knowledge and skills
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international calling or telemarketing environment
- Any graduate degree, with a strong emphasis on communication, sales, or customer service
