Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service and inside sales representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Essential Functions

As a customer service and inside sales representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following essential functions:

  • Building rapport with customers through professional phone etiquette and delivery of service throughout the entire customer sales lifecycle
  • Proactively engaging in customer education to ensure product and application understanding
  • Contributing ideas and suggestions to proactively resolve any issues that arise throughout the customer interaction
  • Actively engaging in developing leads, proactively calling interested and prospective customers, and driving opportunities to present additional products to current customers
  • Appropriate customer follow-up as needed to ensure customer service excellence
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics

Responsibilities

In addition to the essential functions, you will also be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales-related information in our customer tracking systems
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Continual education on all products (current and new) to ensure proficiency in answering customer questions and resolving issues as appropriate
  • Partnering with other team members throughout the organization to ensure customer service excellence and providing additional resources as needed

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

The primary work environment is in a remote setting, with occasional in-person training sessions. The noise level in the work environment is low.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position are typical of an office environment.

Required Education and Experience

* High School Diploma, associate degree preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience in an inside sales/customer service environment
  • Call center phone system/cloud-based contact center (Five9) experience a plus
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication/customer relations skills with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking aptitude
  • Ability to work in a self-motivating, fast-paced results-oriented environment
  • Data entry/CRM experience
  • Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft products, including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
