Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handling all critical situations, including complaints and escalated cases, with professionalism and efficiency
- Managing each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience
- Providing quotes, processing sales orders, documenting complaints, and addressing service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
- Highly skilled and experienced in information technology, time, and project management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
