Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with accurate and timely information. You will also be responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide them with accurate and timely information
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives (may be required in the future)
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a highly transactional call center environment
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills
- High-speed internet access (25 mbps or higher) and consistent connection
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer service role in a similar industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience working with a team to resolve customer issues
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
Work Environment:
As a remote employee, you will be working from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to have a dedicated workspace with a direct connection to the router (not Wi-Fi). arenaflex will provide a 6 ½ foot long ethernet cord, but you will be responsible for providing your own ethernet cable if the distance is further.
Training and Development:
arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed in their roles. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST. After training, you will be expected to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with the option to start as early as 7 am CST and end as late as 7 pm CST.
