What You'll Be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll

* Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously learn and improve your product or service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Utilize your computer skills to navigate our systems and tools to efficiently resolve customer issues

What You Bring to the Role

* At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding

You'll Report to a Team Lead

You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences.
