About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with a positive experience. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
