Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit. This is a FULLY REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere outside of CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses. You'll work closely with internal clients, such as Computershare and Georgeson, to provide accurate and timely information to shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional shareholder communications, including inbound, outbound, and email responses

  • Provide accurate and timely information to shareholders, addressing their concerns and questions
  • Work closely with internal clients, such as Computershare and Georgeson, to ensure seamless communication
  • Participate in contested proxy meetings, where you'll need to effectively communicate the message that management has the best interest of shareholders in mind
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to persuade shareholders to vote in favor of management's recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with shareholder communications and proxy voting processes
  • Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook (not preferred, but has to be a current operating system) or Windows (10 or 11)

  • Headsets (USB headsets, no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited, but not required)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
