Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots
• Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work all shifts
• Typing, sitting, standing, walking, or moving throughout the rental lot and entering/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Driving a variety of vehicles as required

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• A willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications
