Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
