Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to residential customers via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, hospitality, or customer service)

- Passion for customer service with an empathetic nature and problem-solving skills
