Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Customer Service Partner to lead our new Audiology Domiciliary business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and developing your own team, driving clinical and retail excellence, and serving our customers in their homes. If you're a passionate and hard-working individual with leadership skills and business acumen, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and develop your own team to deliver exceptional customer care and improve patient outcomes

  • Drive clinical and retail excellence in your territory, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
  • Make critical, everyday decisions to support your team and customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow your business and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with our expert support office teams and local optics domiciliary administration team to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Retail/Customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role

  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen, with a proven track record of success
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid driving license
  • Passion about maintaining high-quality clinical and retail standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in audiology or customer service

  • Knowledge of audiology practices and procedures
  • Familiarity with clinical technology and software
  • Experience with team management and leadership development
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills

Development Opportunities:

* Complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months to become a non-registered trained clinician
