Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a busy environment
  • Availability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
