Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for making phone calls and sending emails to potential key decision makers, setting up appointments with our national account managers, and providing brief introductions of our Pure wick system. Key Responsibilities

* Use a targeting list to make phone calls and send emails to potential key decision makers for our Pure wick product

• Provide brief introductions of the product with the goal of setting up a meeting with one of our National Account Managers
• Set up appointments with decision makers and our national account managers
• Utilize basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions to track and manage customer interactions
• Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, organizational skills, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable calling or emailing decision makers and setting up appointments
• Work collaboratively with our national account managers to achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a sales or business-to-business environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle rejection
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel or Word functions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a medical device or healthcare industry

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
