Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls with a smile in your voice and providing exceptional customer service
- Taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, and suggestive selling additional items
- Entering orders accurately in our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Greeting Carry-Out customers and ensuring a seamless experience
- Assisting with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
- Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
