Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering telephone calls with a smile in your voice and providing exceptional customer service
• Taking customer menu orders, explaining special offers, and suggestive selling additional items
• Entering orders accurately in our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Greeting Carry-Out customers and ensuring a seamless experience
• Assisting with all cleaning and restaurant maintenance duties as needed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
