Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll also be working closely with our team to optimize office procedures, manage office equipment, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Work collaboratively with our team to optimize office procedures and improve overall efficiency
  • Manage office equipment, including printers, scanners, and other devices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and order processing
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues in a timely manner
  • Print documents and labels for order processing in the warehouse
  • Answer emails in a timely manner and respond to customer inquiries
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Organize office space and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a warehouse customer service role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a team environment
  • Desire to learn and grow with our company
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
