Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate customer service professional to join our remote call center team. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound customer calls, liaising with delivery care agents, customers, agencies, and case managers, and driving customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications. Key Responsibilities

* Process inbound and outbound customer calls and member orders in a timely and accurate manner

  • Liaise with delivery care agents, customers, agencies, and case managers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed outlined metrics while providing exceptional customer service
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Data entry of customer orders into arenaflex's ERP and other programs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 18+ years of age and minimum of a high school diploma

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer orientation and focus
  • Strong and accurate data entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and dependability
  • Prior customer service or call center experience, preferred but not required
  • Bilingual preferred with a $.50 per hour differential paid

Sales Skills

* Experience with soft sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling

  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer service environment

Technical Requirements

* A minimum of one or two 19-inch or larger monitors (2 are recommended)

  • Headset with microphone, mice, keyboard, etc
  • Internet Speed with a minimum of 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed. Internet provider must be highly stable with a packet loss and latency under 100ms. DSL or Broadband services required. (During working hours media streaming, ripping, media playing, or gaming by the rep or members of the household are not permitted as this will negatively impact your network's performance)

The Customer Care Center also has an incentive program that was designed to award monetary incentives to agents that meet and exceed specified productivity metrics and quality goals. The metrics targeted for these incentive awards are critically important for arenaflex to be able to exceed customer and client expectations. The incentive program creates opportunities for Care Center agents to increase their hourly wage as they strive to meet challenging efficiency and quality goals.
