Job Overview

We're seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to join our team, managing inbound online conversations and assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and dealership inquiries. As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat
  • Providing precise information regarding products and services in real-time
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments tailored to customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining an extensive knowledge base reflective of our evolving products and services

  • Ability to multitask efficiently; experience in gaming is advantageous

Qualifications

* Experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, though not required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary
  • Ability to pass a background check is mandatory
