Key Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Managing diverse customer inquiries through online chat channels, providing precise and pertinent information regarding our products and services
- Assisting in scheduling appointments based on customer requirements
- Cultivating and updating a comprehensive knowledge base of our continually evolving products and services
- Gathering customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations
- Summarizing customer interactions based on their needs for client feedback
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- A clean background check is required
- At least 2 years of experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment is preferred
