Role Overview

As an Apple Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and sales experiences to Apple customers. You will be the expert in Apple products and services, providing personalized solutions to customers' needs and effectively communicating them. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time, and will be part of a team that is dedicated to shared responsibility and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to Apple customers

• Understand and stay up-to-date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes
• Support peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple's products, services, and purchase options
• Identify ownership opportunities and present products and services to customers
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy products and services
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance
• Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn
• Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store

• Reliable attendance to work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Apple products and services

• Personalization of solutions based on customer needs, and effective communication of them
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time
• Teamwork and collaboration with other team members
• Curiosity and openness to learning from others and helping each other grow
• Ability to learn about and deepen understanding of Apple products and services, and third-party products, to enhance the customer experience
• Trustworthiness with sensitive or confidential information, keeping with arenaflex's core values

Pay & Benefits

At arenaflex, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. arenaflex employees also have the opportunity to become an arenaflex shareholder through participation in arenaflex's discretionary employee stock programs. arenaflex employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase arenaflex stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in arenaflex's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
