Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chat requests from arenaflex clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and service needs.
  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about arenaflex products and services, including benefits, account management, payment options, and more.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues such as billing disputes, fraudulent charges, and account discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer profiles and transaction histories in our CRM system.
  • Promote and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services based on customer needs, while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred but not required.
