As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders at our designated retail locations. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
Some of your key duties may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
- Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A strong problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety
- Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
