As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, phone, and email. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to customers through live chat, phone, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and senior management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the Lighting Industry
  • Proficiency in live chat, phone, and email support software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt
