Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving business-wide requirements and ensuring the adoption of same, including transparency, flexibility, accessibility, security, and cost-effectiveness. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of DevOps strategies, including the design, development, and implementation of tools, practices, and culture.
- Establish and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, code review, automated testing, and deployment techniques.
- Design and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar to provision and manage assets across cloud environments.
- Execute and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar to ensure fast and reliable application deployment.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that teams are adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze DevOps pipelines and practices, identifying areas for improvement, advancement, and automation to enhance deployment/failback consistency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization's DevOps environment.
- Coach and provide technical guidance to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working in public cloud environments, GCP (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), Azure, or AWS, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) for automating asset provisioning and deployment.
- Active involvement in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or similar.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex DevOps stage issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Logging Solutions) to ensure application performance and system health.
- Experience with security best practices in DevOps, including vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, and secure deployment practices.
- Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence or potentially Gitlab.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior developers, is a plus.
