Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to customers in a positive and empathetic way. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of customer support professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to customers in a positive and empathetic way, resolving complex customer issues and escalating issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, including our pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g. English/Spanish)
