Key Responsibilities

As an Intuit TurboTax Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat.
• Assisting customers with tax software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments.
• Escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary.
• Utilizing critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and friendly tone in all customer interactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A sincere desire to assist customers and provide exceptional support.
• Tech savvy and experience with computer systems.
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
• A quiet, uninterrupted workspace with a reliable internet connection.
• A personal computer (no tablet) with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
• Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
• A USB headset with microphone and a webcam (loaned to each contractor for the duration of the contract).

Schedule and Compensation

* This seasonal contract runs through April 15th, 2024.

• Flexible schedule opportunities – you create your own schedule!
• Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday – Sunday.
• Weekday and weekend options.
• Earn up to $19 per hour, with peak rates applying during January to April.
