Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow both personally and professionally. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Product Leadership: You'll use data to inform product development, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming challenges, and ensure that our products deliver value to our users, businesses, and arenaflex.
• Analytics: You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You'll use a wide range of analytical techniques, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization, to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communication and Impact: You'll use data to tell stories and drive business decisions. You'll work with stakeholders to develop and communicate data-driven insights that inform product development, marketing, and business strategy.
• Collaboration: You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and marketing, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field: You'll need to have a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, as well as experience working with data.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Data Science: You'll need to have experience working in a product data science role, with a focus on experimentation, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R): You'll need to have experience working with a wide range of data querying languages, scripting languages, and statistical/mathematical software.
• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation/causal inference methods: You'll need to have experience working with predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation/causal inference methods.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field: You'll need to have a strong foundation in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Experience working with large datasets: You'll need to have experience working with large datasets, including data warehousing, data mining, and data visualization.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies: You'll need to have experience working with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
