Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to account management, certification, renewal, and application processes
- Utilizing available systems to access customer accounts, update information, and provide accurate solutions
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver personalized experiences
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- A quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/15 Mbps upload speed
- A valid Texas driver's license or proof of residency
Technology Requirements:
To ensure seamless performance, you must have:
- A Windows 10 or above operating system
- An Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor
- 8GB RAM or better
- A direct Ethernet connection
- A consistent 50/10 Mbps internet connection
- Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor)
- An ergonomic keyboard and mouse
- A webcam
- A headset with noise cancellation and a mute button
