Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and IT support team, you'll be responsible for entering data from images into our data capture system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You'll also be responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening requests, and submitting them into our ticketing system for review. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that each ticket is closed out quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data from images into the data capture system, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or system

• Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness; scan and edit for errors during entry
• Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open requests in our ticketing system
• Submit requests into the ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians
• Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and email responses to customers to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
