Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced WFH Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team of customer service representatives. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via live chat, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are positive. Key Responsibilities

As a WFH Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software
  • Reliable internet connectivity and a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
