Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced WFH Live Chat Specialist to join our customer support team, providing exceptional service to our customers via live chat, email, and phone. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with product selection, order status, returns, and troubleshooting, providing accurate information and recommendations.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
