Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for escalating complex issues to senior team members and working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
