Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for managing our client's customer service operations, including:

  • Managing Google Drive/Docs to ensure seamless data organization and collaboration
  • Managing Helpscout (customer service email platform) to provide timely and effective support to customers
  • Managing and organizing Kajabi (or similar CRM platform) to streamline customer interactions and data management
  • Managing Zapier to automate workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Managing a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by our client to ensure a smooth transition
  • Managing Apple Connect and Google Play Console to optimize app store management and customer engagement
  • Managing Test Flight to ensure seamless app testing and quality assurance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in project management or customer service lead (a plus)
  • A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Technical expertise in managing various platforms, including Google Drive/Docs, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and Apple Connect
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to changing workload demands
  • Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone availability
