The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and professional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries and fulfilling their requests with efficiency and professionalism. You'll be working closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support, and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their queries and fulfilling their requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Respond to live chat messages on businesses' websites or social media accounts, providing sales links and offering discounts as needed
- Work closely with our team to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in our customer support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Essential Qualifications
