Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Representative), you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Assisting customers with ticketing and baggage check-in processes
  • Ensuring customers have the correct travel documentation and making gate announcements
  • Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (bags may weigh up to 70 kg)
  • Working loading bridges and establishing, last, and securing aircraft doors
  • Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts varying from early morning to overnight
  • Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on seniority

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Include diverse people, questioning, and styles
  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have the authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • Possess basic computer literacy
  • Pass a physical capacity test (PAT)
  • Pass a customer service assessment

  • Familiarity with airline systems and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Ability to lift up to 70 kg and work in a physically demanding environment
