About This Job
The arenaflex Body Fix Program is seeking an Impact Client Support Delegate to work on one of the most innovative vehicle brands in the world. This role will involve supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Work planning support:
Assist the Internal Body Shop in planning and coordinating work activities.
Client communication and coordination:
Establish and maintain relationships with Client Guarantee Trained professionals and the Body Shop.
Vehicle appearance arrangement:
Coordinate with the Body Shop to ensure vehicles are properly prepared for repair.
Client correspondence and assumption:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Rental coordination and hand off:
Coordinate with the Body Shop to ensure smooth rental and hand-off processes.
Material and supplies reordering:
Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient repair processes.
Fix survey and conveyance:
Conduct surveys and ensure the safe conveyance of vehicles.
What You'll Bring

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Crash Fix or related field.
Communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and maintain a professional tone.
Relationship-building skills:
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Microsoft Office experience:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
