Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team for the busy season from now through the end of May 2025. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive ones

  • Maintain accurate customer records in our database, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up

Requirements

* Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required – we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and tracking, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for assisting diverse customers, but not required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) is a plus

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on phone, email, and chat support
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
