Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Officer / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of our organization, engaging with guests through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You'll develop in-depth knowledge of our properties, services, and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance, cultivate positive relationships with guests, and deliver prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to all guest inquiries. Key Responsibilities
