Experienced Full Stack Remote Customer Support Representative – SaaS Support and CRM

About the Role
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients when they encounter software issues. You will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective support to clients via email, phone, video chat, screen share, and other communication channels
- Resolving software issues and providing solutions to clients
- Identifying recurring software issues and suggesting improvements to our development team
- Collaborating with our development team to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong software/SaaS support experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software/SaaS support tools and platforms
- Experience with CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
