Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Conversation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat channels. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction records in our CRM system, collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence, and keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers about our products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and interaction records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service software
