We're seeking experienced and passionate Care Advocates to join our team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a daily difference in the lives of those we serve. As a Care Advocate, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking support and guidance. You'll be responsible for proactively reaching out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements. You'll work closely with a collaborative team of people who share your passion for improving lives and believe in the greater good.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements.
- Work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world.
- Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to identify and connect people with the resources they need to live the lives they deserve.
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and via email.
- Facilitate and navigate tough or emotional conversations.
- Build relationships and trust through conversations.
- Be a time management guru and efficiently move through a to-do list and effectively prioritize and triage competing demands.
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices.
- Passionate about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback.
- Focused and determined, optimistic and creative.
- College graduate or have an Associate's degree in a customer-related field.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 6:45pm CST.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a high call volume environment.
- Adept at learning to use various tech tools and seeing them as a way to make your work easier and enhance your impact.
- Accountable and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and proactively take ownership of key tasks.
- Growth-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, flexible, and have good humor.
