What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Virtual Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients across the USA, handling an average of 4+ calls per hour
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to cellular phones, billing, and general customer inquiries
- Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation, even in a remote work environment
- Adhering to our company's values and standards, including a commitment to customer satisfaction and employee excellence

What You Need

- Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience (remote customer service experience preferred)
- Office Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet
- Work from Home Requirements: Ensure you have a reliable internet connection (at least 20 MBPS upload and 100 MBPS download speeds), a distraction-free workplace, and a location within 50 miles of our Louisville contact center
