Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing new patient enrollment, handling patient medication requests, and entering top-off orders for processing. You will also be responsible for investigating missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving information entry-related exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.

• Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve all information entry-related exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Make phone calls to backup plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations.
• Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
• Acquire a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning professional license or certification.

Essential Capabilities

* Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online).

• Basic web search skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports).
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Preferred Capabilities

* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
