Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
• Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring safe and secure transportation
• Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels and performing routine maintenance
• Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services, promoting arenaflex's offerings and expertise
• Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Installing hitches and trailer wiring, ensuring safe and secure connections
• Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) and driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
• Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work part-time holidays and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted

Work Environment

As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities to learn and grow. You'll be required to:

• Work in a moderate-risk environment, with special safety precautions required for working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals
• Wear protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields, as needed
• Remain stationary for long periods, move around indoors and outdoors, and position yourself to reach objects at varying heights
• Lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted
