The Opportunity
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll work remotely (20-30 hours/week, 4-6 hours/day, Monday through Friday) assisting customers via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll be encouraged to grow and contribute to the company's growth and development, offering more value to our customers and helping us create a better product. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
- Assist customers with billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions, and more
- Troubleshoot complex issues and find creative solutions
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
- Continuously learn and improve our processes and procedures
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has superior communication skills, and is a problem-solver. If you have:
- Prior experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills (writing and verbal)
- A strong understanding of retail and business operations
- Time management and organizational skills
- The ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing situations
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
