Job Summary

As an arenaflex Part Time Customer Support representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Applies primary technical knowledge on a design solution to meet business and data innovation (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical limitations.

  • Serves as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning how to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/cooperate with internal groups, using established channels.
  • Requests feedback from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical products. Exhibits fundamental technical concepts and demonstrates those design solution capabilities through design collaboration meetings with the customer/partner.
  • Supports research projects and contributes to check studies for clients/partners to evaluate potential licensed innovation (IP) needs or interaction changes.
  • Participates in outside designer community events (e.g., meetings, courses, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal group.
  • Participates in conversations around engineering design, strength assessments, and technical development that impact production arrangement application and increase customer business value. Ensures that the customer's current situation and applications are well-architected.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Currently pursuing a Four-year degree in Software Engineering, Data Innovation, Designing, Business, or related field.

  • Should have no less than one extra quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the temporary position.
  • Extra or Preferred Qualifications:

+ Enthusiasm for innovation and customer-focused + Shows partner and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers. + Superb verbal and written communication, logical, and presentation skills + Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure). + Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
