Your Role at arenaflex

As a Live Chat Customer Support Representative, you will be the front-line contact between arenaflex and our customers, providing support through live chat, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Classifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong customer service background, with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships
