Job Summary:

As a Hybrid Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals. You will also verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy, following a standardized pattern of operations with close attention to detail. This role requires a strong working knowledge of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals

  • Verify data by sight and machine for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow a pattern of operations generally standardized, but frequently including rules, expectations, and special instructions, which demand close attention
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of data entry devices and numerous applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Familiarity with industry-specific applications and job formats
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
